I wasn't planning on - just because there is *a* custom (or just an error) doesn't mean that I decide to do it. I never do a custom I don't understand - and even if I understand a custom, I don't do it unless I think it is beneficial to the teaching of my people.
Well, you can argue that the invocation is an innovation and we should just start the service with the Introit. . . but that wasn't what the program was suggesting.
